Ola Cabs IPO: The company is in talks with investment banks for listing - Report

On 19th April, Money Control reported that ANI Technologies, the parent company of Ola Cabs, is in discussion with few investment banks for listing Ola Cabs. The report also includes that, no final call has been made for listing and depending on the market conditions the plans may change later. 

The report also included that, the company has also chartered plans to electrify its three wheeler and four wheeler services and expand its EV two wheeler services. 

About Ola Cabs:

Ola Cabs [now Ola] was found by Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati in 2010 with an aim of providing mobility solution to over a billions of people. 

This company is one of the largest mobility platform and serves across more than 250 cities across India, Australia, New Zealand and UK. However, it was stated in the report that the company is planning to wind its operations in other countries and focus only on India. 

The company serves for hundreds of millions of customers and has more the 1.5 million driver partners, as stated by the company itself.
